Title: ADJUSTMENT AND CONTROL METHOD FOR FLOW BATTERY AND ADJUSTMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM THEREOF, AND FLOW BATTERY
Abstract:
An adjustment and control method for a flow battery and an adjustment and control system thereof, and a flow battery. The adjustment and control method comprises the following steps: obtaining a current electrolyte capacity attenuation rate of a flow battery (A1); comparing the current electrolyte capacity attenuation rate of the flow battery with a first pre-set attenuation rate and a second pre-set attenuation rate (A2); and when the current electrolyte capacity attenuation rate of the flow battery is greater than the first pre-set attenuation rate and less than the second pre-set attenuation rate, adjusting liquid levels of the positive electrolyte and the negative electrolyte, so that the liquid level difference between the positive electrolyte and the negative electrolyte is less than a pre-set value, the ratio of the total amount of vanadium in the positive electrolyte to the total amount of vanadium in the negative electrolyte being maintained within a first pre-set proportion range, or the ratio of a vanadium ion concentration in the positive electrolyte to a vanadium ion concentration in the negative electrolyte being maintained within a second pre-set proportion range (A3). The technical solution can effectively improve the capacity retention ability of a flow battery, so that the capacity and the performance of a flow battery can be maintained stably over a long period of time.
