Abstract:
The present application to a utility model relates to a mechanical actuation device with automatic energy compensation for actuating primary scrapers, and is used in the field of mining and in other fields that use conveyor belts for moving materials that are cleaned by being scraped by the conveyor belts. The present device is entirely mechanical and does not depend on external energy, providing a constant pressure to the scraper with a single adjustment, since as the blades wear down and are reduced in size, the torque applied by the spring in the lever arm of the torque application point is balanced because the closer the the spring is to the torque, the greater will be the force applied, compensating the decrease in the force caused by the shift of the spring, wherein adjustments to force distribution are corrected by the variation in the contact surface of the blade, keeping the pressure constant.
