Disclosed herein are embodiments of nanoparticle composites that comprise covalently coupled stabilizing agent molecules that improve stability of the nanoparticle composites and allow for tight packing of lipids and/or membranes. The nanoparticle composites can further comprise inhibition inhibitors and/or lipid components that interact to form a hybrid lipid bilayer membrane around the nanoparticle core. The nanoparticle composites can be coupled to drugs, targeting moieties, and imaging moieties. The nanoparticle composites can be used for in vivo drug deliver, disease diagnosis/treatment, and imaging.

Des modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent des composites de nanoparticules qui comprennent des molécules d'agent de stabilisation couplées de manière covalente qui améliorent la stabilité des composites de nanoparticules et permettent une encapsulation étanche de lipides et/ou de membranes. Les composites de nanoparticules peuvent en outre comprendre des inhibiteurs d'inhibition et/ou des composés lipidiques qui interagissent pour former une membrane bicouche lipidique hybride autour du noyau de nanoparticule. Les composites de nanoparticules peuvent être couplés à des médicaments, des fractions de ciblage et des fractions d'imagerie. Les composites de nanoparticules peuvent être utilisés pour l'administration de médicament in vivo, le diagnostic/traitement de maladies, et l'imagerie.
