Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a portable carbon nanotube- and filament-type X-ray apparatus and a method for controlling same. The present invention comprises: a control unit for controlling a portable carbon nanotube- and filament-type X-ray apparatus; and a high-pressure apparatus, of an X-ray source, which is connected to the control unit, has carbon nanotubes (CNT) applied to the high-pressure apparatus of the X-ray source, enables a low-dose exposure by means of detailed control, enables significant reduction of power consumption due to omission of filaments, and has a high-pressure capacitor and a high-pressure diode structure disposed in a sandwiched structure such that the size of the high-pressure apparatus is reduced. The present invention, which is characterized as above, provides improved image quality, assurance of long life, low power consumption, battery-less characteristic, rapid charging, a compact and lightweight structure, enhanced operability and stable exposure measures for an X-ray apparatus used mostly for dental purposes. Therefore, the present invention greatly enhances the reliability of the X-ray apparatus, thereby satisfying various user needs and creating a positive image.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil portable à rayons X de type à nanotubes de carbone et à filaments, et son procédé de commande. La présente invention comprend : une unité de commande pour commander un appareil portable à rayons X de type à nanotubes de carbone et à filaments; et un appareil haute pression, d'une source de rayons X, qui est connecté à l'unité de commande, a des nanotubes de carbone (CNT) appliqués à l'appareil haute pression de la source de rayons X, permet une exposition à faible dose au moyen d'une commande détaillée, permet une réduction significative de la consommation d'énergie due à l'omission de filaments, et comprend un condensateur haute pression et une structure de diode haute pression disposés dans une structure prise en sandwich de telle sorte que la taille de l'appareil haute pression est réduite. La présente invention, qui est caractérisée comme ci-dessus, offre une qualité d'image améliorée, une assurance de longue durée de vie, une faible consommation d'énergie, une caractéristique sans batterie, une charge rapide, une structure compacte et légère, une opérabilité améliorée et des mesures d'exposition stables pour un appareil à rayons X utilisé principalement à des fins dentaires. Par conséquent, la présente invention améliore considérablement la fiabilité de l'appareil à rayons X, satisfaisant ainsi divers besoins de l'utilisateur et créant une image positive.
(KO) 본 발명은 휴대용 탄소나노튜브 및 필라멘트 타입 엑스레이장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위해 휴대용 탄소나노튜브 및 필라멘트 타입 엑스레이장치를 콘트롤 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 제어부와 연결되며, 엑스레이 소스(X-Ray Source)의 고압장치에 CNT(Carbon Nano Tube)를 적용하고, 세밀한 제어로 저선량 피폭(Low Does) 실현이 가능하도록 하고, 필라멘트(Filament)가 없어 소비 전력을 대폭 감소시킬 수 있도록 하고, 고압장치를 소형화(Compact Structure) 하기 위해 고압 캐패시터(Capacitor)와 고압 다이오드(Diode) 구조를 샌드위치 구조로 배치한 엑스레이 소스(X-Ray Source)의 고압장치;가 포함된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 주로 치과용으로 사용하는 엑스레이 장치의 영상품질 향상, 장수명 보장, 저소비전력, 밧데리 없는 제품, 급속충전, 소형화 및 경량화 그리고 조작성 개선과 피폭 대책 안정성을 제공하는 것이고, 이로 인해 엑스레이 장치의 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시키므로 사용자들의 다양한 욕구(니즈)를 충족시켜 좋은 이미지를 심어줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
