Abstract:
(EN) The present specification provides an organic solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a first electrode; preparing a solution comprising a solvent, a buffer material and a photoactive material; forming a buffer layer and a photoactive layer through a coating step of applying the solution on the first electrode, followed by heat treatment; and forming a second electrode on the photoactive layer, wherein the solvent comprises a phase separation solvent for the self-phase separation of the buffer layer and the photoactive layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une photopile organique et son procédé de fabrication, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : préparer une première électrode; préparer une solution comprenant un solvant, un matériau tampon et un matériau photo-actif; former une couche tampon et une couche photo-active au moyen d'une étape de revêtement consistant à appliquer la solution sur la première électrode, suivie par un traitement thermique; et former une seconde électrode sur la couche photo-active, le solvant comprenant un solvant à séparation de phases permettant la séparation de phases automatique de la couche tampon et de la couche photo-active.
