Title: ANTI-REFLECTION FILM
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-reflection film comprising: a hard coating layer; and a low refractive layer comprising a binder resin, and hollow inorganic nanoparticles and solid inorganic nanoparticles dispersed in the binder resin, wherein the low refractive layer comprises a first layer comprising at least 70 volume% of the total of the solid inorganic nanoparticles, and a second layer comprising at least 70 volume% of the total of the hollow inorganic nanoparticles. The anti-reflection film satisfies a predetermined condition when the ellipticity of polarization, measured by ellipsometry with respect to the first layer and/or the second layer included in the low refractive layer, is fitted by a Cauchy model.
