Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sheet heating element comprising a polyimide insulating layer and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a sheet heating element comprising a polyimide insulating layer, the method being capable of forming a polyimide insulating layer without generating bubbles by laminating a polyimide film under a specific condition. The insulating layer of a sheet heating element manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention has very good heat resistance and insulation since the insulating layer is manufactured using a silicone adhesive and a PI film, and the quality of products can be excellently maintained for a long time and the lifespan of products increases since there is no gap between a heating part and a PI insulating layer, thereby preventing the penetration of water or foreign material.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément chauffant en feuille comportant une couche isolante en polyimide (PI) et, plus spécifiquement, un procédé de fabrication d'un élément chauffant en feuille comportant une couche isolante en polyimide, le procédé étant capable de former une couche isolante en polyimide sans générer des bulles en stratifiant un film de polyimide sous une condition spécifique. La couche isolante d'un élément chauffant en feuille fabriqué par le procédé de fabrication de la présente invention possède une très bonne résistance à la chaleur et une très bonne isolation, car la couche isolante est fabriquée en utilisant un adhésif au silicone et un film en PI, et la qualité de produits peut être maintenue de manière excellente pendant une longue durée et la durée de vie des produits s'accroît, car il n'existe aucun écartement entre une partie chauffante et une couche isolante en PI, ce qui empêche ainsi la pénétration d'eau ou de corps étrangers.
(KO) 본 발명은 폴리이미드 절연층을 포함하는 면상 발열체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리이미드 필름을 특정 조건으로 라미네이팅킴으로써 기포 발생 없이 폴리이미드 절연층을 형성할 수 있는, 폴리이미드 절연층을 포함하는 면상 발열체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 면상 발열체의 절연층은, 실리콘 접착제와 PI 필름을 이용하여 제조되기 때문에 내열성 및 절연성이 매우 우수하고, 발열부와 PI 절연층 간에 빈틈이 없어 수분 또는 이물질이 침투할 수 없기 때문에 제품 품질이 오랫동안 우수하게 유지될 수 있고 제품의 수명이 길어진다.
