Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a device for enlarging the inner diameter of a braid for reinforcing a hollow fiber membrane for water treatment and, more particularly, to a device for enlarging the inner diameter of a braid for reinforcing a hollow fiber membrane for water treatment using an ultrasonic wave and a braid manufactured by using the device for enlarging the inner diameter. The device for enlarging the inner diameter of a braid for reinforcing a hollow fiber membrane for water treatment using an ultrasonic wave is capable of enlarging the inner diameter of the braid by densifying the texture of an inner surface of the braid, improving the roundness of the inner and outer diameters of the braid, improving the physical property of a hollow fiber reinforced membrane by increasing the compressive strength, improving filtration reliability and water permeation performance, extending the life span, and reducing economic costs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour agrandir le diamètre intérieur d'une tresse pour renforcer une membrane à fibres creuses pour le traitement de l'eau et, plus particulièrement, un dispositif pour agrandir le diamètre intérieur d'une tresse pour renforcer une membrane à fibres creuses pour le traitement de l'eau à l'aide d'ondes ultrasonores et une tresse fabriquée au moyen du dispositif pour agrandir le diamètre intérieur. Le dispositif pour agrandir le diamètre intérieur d'une tresse pour renforcer une membrane à fibres creuses pour le traitement de l'eau à l'aide d'ondes ultrasonores est apte à agrandir le diamètre intérieur de la tresse par densification de la texture d'une surface intérieure de la tresse, à améliorer la rondeur des diamètres intérieur et extérieur de la tresse, à améliorer les propriétés physiques d'une membrane renforcée par des fibres creuses en augmentant la résistance à la compression, à améliorer la fiabilité de filtration et les performances de perméabilité à l'eau, à prolonger la durée de vie et à réduire les coûts.
(KO) 본 발명은 수처리용 중공사막 보강용 브레이드의 내경을 확대하기 위한 확대장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 브레이드 내측면의 조직을 치밀하게 하여 브레이드 내경의 확대와, 내외경의 진원도 향상 및 내압강도 증가에 의해 중공사 보강막의 막 물성의 향상과, 여과신뢰도 및 수투과성능 향상과, 수명연장 및 경제적 비용의 절감을 가져오게 하기 위한 초음파를 이용한 수처리용 중공사막 보강용 브레이드의 내경 확대장치 및 그 내경 확대장치를 이용하여 제조된 브레이드에 관한 것이다.
