Abstract:
(EN) An implemented embodiment of the present invention provides a positive electrode active material, for a lithium secondary battery, which is represented by chemical formula (1) below and comprises a core having a compound which comprises a core part and a surface part, wherein the L3/L2 intensity ratio of Ni in the surface part of the compound is lower than the L3/L2 intensity ratio of Ni in the core part of the compound. Chemical formula (1): Li [LizA(1-z-a)Da]EbO2-b (In chemical formula (1), A=NiαCoβMnƔ, D is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Na, K, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ni, Co, Ti, Al, B, Si, Sn, Mn, Cr, Fe, V, Zr, Nb and Mo, and E is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of P, F and S, wherein -0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.1, 0 ≤ a ≤ 0.05 and 0 ≤ b ≤ 0.05, and 0.3 ≤ α ≤ 0.9, 0.05≤ β ≤0.4 and 0.05≤ Ɣ ≤0.4.) (The L3/L2 intensity ratio of Ni is the oxidation number of Ni measured by means of electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS).)
(FR) Un mode de réalisation mis en œuvre de la présente invention concerne une matière active d'électrode positive, pour une batterie rechargeable au lithium, qui est représentée par la formule chimique (1) ci-dessous et comprend un noyau ayant un composé qui comprend une partie de noyau et une partie de surface, le rapport d'intensité L3/L2 de Ni dans la partie de surface du composé étant inférieur au rapport d'intensité L3/L2 de Ni dans la partie de noyau du composé.
