Title: APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING BEAMS FOR VEHICLE BUMPERS
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a beam for a vehicle bumper, forming a curvature on both sides of the beam for a vehicle bumper, and, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing a beam for a vehicle bumper, which forms a curvature on both sides of the beam for a vehicle bumper. The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a beam for a vehicle bumper, comprising: a main body, installed on the ground, comprising a support on which a middle end of the beam is seated to support the beam; a pressurizing part, provided at the upper center of the main body, comprising a pressurizing cylinder which is raised and lowered so as to press and fix the middle end of the beam seated on a support, and a pressurizing body coupled to a rod of the pressurizing cylinder to perform an ascending and descending movement; and tension parts comprising tension cylinders operated at both sides of the main body, operation bundles which are installed on the rods of the tension cylinders and have a clamp groove formed thereon so as to form a clamping means on the inner side thereof, for clamping both ends of the beam, rotation plates for receiving the rods of the tension cylinders, and rotary shafts installed on both sides of the rotation plates, wherein the tension cylinders are activated in a state where both side ends of the beam are clamped by means of the clamping means to pull both sides of the beam; and bending parts comprising bending cylinders which is raised and lowered on both sides of the upper portion of the main body, operation bodies coupled to the rods of the bending cylinders to perform an ascending and descending movement; and receiving bodies for rotatably receiving the rotary shafts of the tension parts on both sides of the front end of the operating bodies, wherein the bending parts bend the beam so as to form a curvature on both sides of the beam by downwardly moving the tension parts for pulling both sides of the beam to rotate the rotary shafts in the receiving bodies.
