Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a fluororesin composition which is excellent in terms of flexibility and oil resistance, is less apt to discolor thermally, and has excellent moldability. The fluororesin composition includes a melt-kneaded mixture which comprises a fluoroelastomer having a storage shear modulus G' of 100 or greater and a melt-moldable fluororesin having a melting point of 150ºC or higher, wherein the fluoroelastomer is dispersed in the fluororesin, the content of the fluoroelastomer is 10-65 mass% with respect to the sum of the fluoroelastomer and the fluororesin, and the total amount of the fluoroelastomer and the fluororesin is 90 mass% or more of the fluororesin composition. The fluororesin composition has a storage modulus E' of 250 kPa or less at a temperature higher by 25ºC than the melting point of the fluororesin.
(FR) L'invention fournit une composition de résine fluorée dotée d'une souplesse et d'une résistance à l'huile excellentes, peu susceptible de se décolorer à la chaleur, et présentant d'excellentes propriétés de moulage. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une composition de résine fluorée qui est constituée d'un matériau malaxé en fusion contenant un élastomère fluoré de module élastique de conservation en cisaillement (G') supérieur ou égal à 100, et une résine fluorée permettant un moulage en fusion et de point de fusion supérieur ou égal à 150°C. Ledit élastomère fluoré est dispersé dans ladite résine fluorée. La teneur en élastomère fluoré par rapport au total dudit élastomère fluoré et de ladite résine fluorée, est compris entre 10 et 65% en masse. La teneur dudit élastomère fluoré et de ladite résine fluorée, est supérieure ou égale à 90% en masse dans la composition de résine fluorée. Le module élastique de conservation (E') de ladite composition résine fluorée, à une température de 25°C supérieure au point de fusion de ladite résine fluorée, est inférieur ou égal à 250kPa.
