Abstract:
(EN) A surface-coated cutting tool, wherein: a hard coating layer includes at least an (Al, Cr, Si, Cu) layer; the layer comprises a main phase, and CrSi-rich particles and Al-rich particles that are dispersed and distributed in the main phase; when the compositions of the main phase, the CrSi-rich particles, and the Al-rich particles are represented as (Al1-α-β-γCrαSiβCuγ)1-xNx (providing that α, β, γ, and x are all atomic ratios), the main phase satisfies 0.15 ≤ α ≤ 0.40, 0.05 ≤ β ≤  0.20, 0.005 ≤ γ ≤  0.05, and 0.45 ≤ x ≤  0.60, the CrSi-rich particles satisfy 0.20 ≤ α ≤ 0.55, 0.20 ≤ β ≤  0.55, 0 ≤ γ ≤  0.10, and 0.02 ≤ x ≤  0.35, and the Al-rich particles satisfy 0.10 ≤ α ≤ 0.25, 0.05 ≤ β ≤  0.25, 0 ≤ γ ≤  0.10, and 0.02 ≤ x ≤  0.35; and when particles having a long diameter of 100 nm or larger are observed in a cross-section of the upper layer of the coating layer, the area of the upper layer cross-section occupied by the CrSi-rich particles is 0.20% to 2.0% by area, and the area of the upper layer cross-section occupied by the Al-rich particles is 0.50% to 3.0% by area.
(FR) L'invention concerne un outil de coupe à revêtement de surface dans lequel une couche de revêtement dur contient au moins une couche (Al, Cr, Si, Cu). La couche contient une phase principale ainsi que des particules riches en CrSi et des particules riches en Al qui sont dispersées et réparties dans la phase principale. Lorsque les compositions de la phase principale, des particules riches en CrSi et des particules riches en Al sont représentées sous la forme (Al1-α-β-γCrαSiβCuγ)1-xNx (si et seulement si α, β, γ et x sont tous des rapports atomiques), la phase principale satisfait les relations 0,15 ≤ α ≤ 0,40, 0,05 ≤ β ≤ 0,20, 0,005 ≤ γ ≤ 0,05 et 0,45 ≤ x ≤ 0,60, les particules riches en CrSi satisfont les relations 0,20 ≤ α ≤ 0,55, 0,20 ≤ β ≤ 0,55, 0 ≤ γ ≤ 0,10 et 0,02 ≤ x ≤ 0,35 et les particules riches en Al satisfont les relations 0,10 ≤ α ≤ 0,25, 0,05 ≤ β ≤ 0,25, 0 ≤ γ ≤ 0,10 et 0,02 ≤ x ≤ 0,35. Lorsque des particules ayant un diamètre long de 100 nm ou plus sont observées dans une coupe transversale de la couche supérieure de la couche de revêtement, la zone de la coupe transversale de la couche supérieure occupée par les particules riches en CrSi représente de 0,20 % à 2,0 % par zone et la zone de la coupe transversale de la couche supérieure occupée par les particules riches en Al représente de 0,50 % à 3,0 % par zone.
(JA) 表面被覆切削工具において、硬質被覆層は少なくとも(Al,Cr,Si,Cu)層を含み、該層は、主相と、主相中に分散分布するCrSiリッチパーティクルとAlリッチパーティクルとからなり、前記主相、CrSiリッチパーティクルおよびAlリッチパーティクルの組成を、(Al1-α-β-γCrαSiβCuγ1-xで表した場合(ただし、α、β、γ、xはいずれも原子比)、前記主相は、0.15≦α≦0.40、0.05≦β≦0.20、0.005≦γ≦0.05、0.45≦x≦0.60を満足し、前記CrSiリッチパーティクルは、0.20≦α≦0.55、0.20≦β≦0.55、0≦γ≦0.10、0.02≦x≦0.35を満足し、前記Alリッチパーティクルは、0.10≦α≦0.25、0.05≦β≦0.25、0≦γ≦0.10、0.02≦x≦0.35を満足し、前記上部層の断面について、長径が100nm以上のパーティクルを観察した場合、CrSiリッチパーティクルが上部層断面に占める面積率は、0.20面積%以上2.0面積%以下であり、また、Alリッチパーティクルが上部層断面に占める面積率は、0.50面積%以上3.0面積%以下である表面被覆切削工具。
