Abstract:
(EN) A consumable-electrode-type arc welding system is provided with a wire-feeding device (4) for feeding a welding wire (W) from a wire supply source (3) to a welding torch (13), and a power source device (5) for supplying electric power between the welding wire (W) fed to the welding torch (13) and a parent material (A). The parent material (A) is welded by an arc generated by the supplied electric power. The wire-feeding device (4) is provided with: a central wire supply source (41) disposed between the wire supply source (3) and the welding torch (13), the central wire supply source (41) temporarily accommodating the welding wire (W) supplied from the wire supply source (3) and supplying the accommodated welding wire (W) to the welding torch (13); a drawing feeding unit (41d) for feeding the welding wire (W) of the wire supply source (3) to the central wire supply source (41); and an extruding feeding unit (42) for feeding the welding wire (W) accommodated by the central wire supply source (41) to the welding torch (13).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de soudage à l'arc du type à électrode consommable, lequel système comporte un dispositif d'avancement de fil (4) pour avancer un fil de soudage (W) provenant d'une source de fourniture de fil (3) jusqu'à un chalumeau de soudage (13), et un dispositif de source d'alimentation (5) pour fournir de l'énergie électrique entre le fil de soudage (W) avancé au chalumeau de soudage (13) et un matériau parent (A). Le matériau parent (A) est soudé par un arc généré par l’énergie électrique fournie. Le dispositif d'avancement de fil (4) comporte : une source de fourniture de fil centrale (41) disposée entre la source de fourniture de fil (3) et le chalumeau de soudage (13), la source de fourniture de fil centrale (41) recevant temporairement le fil de soudage (W) fourni à partir de la source de fourniture de fil (3) et fournissant le fil de soudage reçu (W) au chalumeau de soudage (13) ; une unité d'avancement à traction (41d) pour avancer le fil de soudage (W) de la source de fourniture de fil (3) à la source de fourniture de fil centrale (41) ; et une unité d'avancement à extrusion (42) pour avancer le fil de soudage (W) reçu par la source de fourniture de fil centrale (41) au chalumeau de soudage (13).
