Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an aluminum alloy foil able to exhibit both high elongation and strength even when the foil thickness has been reduced. The aluminum alloy foil contains, in terms of mass%, 1.0-2.0% of Fe, 0.1-0.5% of Cu and not more than 0.05% of Mn as chemical components, with the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities. The aluminum alloy foil has a foil thickness of not more than 20 µm and satisfies the relationship El ≥ 100×t/UTS. Here, t denotes foil thickness (μm), UTS denotes tensile strength (MPa), and El denotes elongation (%).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille d'alliage d'aluminium capable de présenter à la fois un allongement et une résistance élevés, même lorsque l'épaisseur de la feuille a été réduite. La feuille d'alliage d'aluminium contient, en termes de pourcentage en masse, de 1,0 à 2,0 % de Fe, de 0,1 à 0,5 % de Cu et pas plus de 0,05 % de Mn en tant que composants chimiques, le reste comprenant de l'aluminium et des impuretés inévitables. La feuille d'alliage d'aluminium a une épaisseur de feuille inférieure ou égale à 20 µm et elle satisfait à la relation El ≥ 100 × t/UTS. Dans cette relation, t représente l'épaisseur de la feuille en µm, UTS représente la résistance à la traction en MPa et El représente l'allongement en %.
(JA) 箔厚を薄くした場合でも、高い伸びと強度とを両立させることが可能なアルミニウム合金箔を提供する。アルミニウム合金箔は、化学成分が、質量%で、Fe:1.0%以上2.0%以下、Cu:0.1%以上0.5%以下、Mn:0.05%以下を含有し、残部がAlおよび不可避的不純物からなる。アルミニウム合金箔は、箔厚が20μm以下であり、El≧100×t/UTSを満たす。但し、tは箔厚(μm)、UTSは引張強さ(MPa)、Elは伸び(%)である。
