Abstract:
(EN) In order to provide a three-dimensional molded object production method in which warping deformation is reduced, one embodiment of the present invention provides a three-dimensional molded object production method in which powder layer formation and solidified layer formation through light beam irradiation are repeatedly performed on a molding plate, wherein at least one preceding solidified layer that is formed prior to a following solidified layer, said following solidified layer being formed afterward, is formed under relatively higher temperature conditions than the following solidified layer.
(FR) Afin de fournir un procédé de production d'objet moulé tridimensionnel dans lequel une déformation de gauchissement est réduite, un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'objet moulé tridimensionnel dans lequel une formation de couche de poudre et une formation de couche solidifiée par exposition à un faisceau lumineux sont effectuées de façon répétée sur une plaque de moulage, au moins une couche solidifiée précédente qui est formée avant une couche solidifiée suivante, la dite couche solidifiée suivante étant formée après, étant formée dans des conditions de température relativement supérieure à la couche solidifiée suivante.
(JA) 反り変形が減じられた三次元形状造形物の製造方法を提供するために、本発明の一実施形態では、粉末層形成および光ビームの照射による固化層形成を造形プレート上で繰り返して行う三次元形状造形物の製造方法であって、後に形成される後続固化層に対して先行して形成される少なくとも1つの先行固化層を後続固化層よりも相対的に高い温度条件で形成する三次元形状造形物の製造方法が提供される。
