Title: METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRINTED BOARD
Abstract:
To stably produce a laminate having a configuration wherein heat-resistant resin layers are laminated on both surfaces of a fluororesin layer by means of thermal lamination. A method for producing a laminate, which comprises: a preliminary heating step wherein a temporary laminate, in which heat-resistant resin films 2, 2 are laminated on both surfaces of a fluorine-containing resin film 1 that contains a melt moldable fluororesin (A) having one or more functional groups selected from among a carbonyl group-containing group, a hydroxy group, an epoxy group and an isocyanate group, is heated, while being conveyed by a metal roll 33 for heating and a metal roll 32 for thermal lamination without application of a pressure in the thickness direction; and a thermal lamination step wherein the temporary laminate is bonded by being heated at a thermal lamination temperature not less than the melting point of the fluorine-containing resin (A) but 420°C or less and being pressurized in the thickness direction by means of metal rolls 31, 32 for thermal lamination after the preliminary heating step.
