Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a jig for energization heating and bonding and an energization heating and bonding device using the same, with which the shape of a heating portion can be easily modified to match the shape of a member to be bonded, a bonding surface or the like and the member to be bonded can be efficiently heated. A jig 1 for energization heating and bonding heats a bonding surface during energization heating and bonding in which members to be bonded are bonded to each other at the bonding surface, the jig mainly comprising the following: an abutting member 2 having an abutting surface 21 that abuts a member to be bonded; and a heating means that includes a heating resistance member 3, which has an attachment/detachment part 31 capable of attaching/detaching the abutting member 2, and a pair of electrodes 4, and that is capable of heating the heating resistance member 3 by energizing between the electrodes 4.
(FR) L'invention concerne un gabarit destiné au chauffage et à la liaison par excitation et un dispositif de chauffage et de liaison par excitation le mettant en œuvre, grâce auxquels la forme d'une partie de chauffage peut être facilement modifiée en vue de correspondre à la forme d'un élément à lier, une surface de liaison ou similaire et l'élément à lier peuvent être efficacement chauffés. Un gabarit (1) destiné au chauffage et à la liaison par excitation chauffe une surface de liaison pendant un chauffage et une liaison par excitation pendant lesquels des éléments à lier sont liés les uns aux autres au niveau de la surface de liaison, le gabarit comprenant principalement les éléments suivants : un élément butée (2) présentant une surface de butée (21) venant en butée contre un élément à lier ; et un moyen de chauffage comportant un élément résistance chauffante (3), présentant une partie de fixation/retrait (31) apte à fixer/retirer l’élément butée (2), et une paire d’électrodes (4), et étant apte à chauffer l’élément résistance chauffante (3) en excitant une zone entre les électrodes (4).
(JA) 被接合部材や接合面等の形状に合わせて加熱部分の形状を容易に変更可能であり、被接合部材を効率良く加熱することができる通電加熱接合用治具およびそれを用いた通電加熱接合装置を提供する。被接合部材同士を接合面で接合する通電加熱接合において、当該接合面を加熱するための通電加熱接合用治具1であって、被接合部材に当接する当接面21を有する当接部材2と、当接部材2を着脱可能な着脱部31を有する発熱抵抗部材3および一対の電極4とを有し当該電極4間を通電することにより発熱抵抗部材3を加熱可能な加熱手段と、で主に構成される。
