Title: METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING QUENCHED STEEL MATERIAL
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a quenched steel material according to a disclosure of the present invention comprises: a heating step in which a steel material having an oxide film on its surface is heated partially such that a position to be heated moves in the axial direction of the steel material, and heated rapidly to reach or exceed a temperature of an Ac3 transformation point of the steel material; a quenching step in which a position near the position to be heated by the heating step is cooled and quenched so that a high-temperature portion that is generated in the steel material becomes localized; and a deformation step in which a bending moment is applied to the localized high-temperature portion that was generated by the heating step and the quenching step and that moves in the axial direction of the steel material so as to bend and deform the high-temperature portion.
