Abstract:
(EN) The problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a coated transparent substrate having both superior ultraviolet-ray absorptivity and durability. The present invention provides a coated transparent substrate comprising a transparent substrate and a coating provided on a surface of the transparent substrate, wherein the coating has an absorbance of 2.0 or greater with respect to light of a wavelength of 380 nm, and the time until a crack occurs in the surface of the coating after the start of a moisture resistance test that is conducted by leaving the coated transparent substrate at rest in 80°C and 95 RH% conditions is no less than 200 hours. Furthermore, no scratches are visually identifiable from a scratch resistance test conducted by pressing a ball point pen having a diameter of 1.0 mm against the surface of the coating with an applied load of 9.8 N and scratching 2 cm of the coating at a velocity of 10 cm/min; alternatively, the pencil hardness of the coating as defined in JIS K 5600-5-4 (1999) is 4H or greater.
(FR) L’invention a pour objet de fournir un substrat transparent revêtu présentant à la fois d’excellentes propriétés d’absorption des rayons ultraviolets et de durabilité. Plus précisément, l’invention concerne un substrat transparent revêtu qui possède un substrat transparent, et un revêtement agencé à la surface dudit substrat transparent. Lors d’un test de résistance à l’humidité tel que le substrat transparent revêtu dont le pouvoir absorbant du revêtement vis-à-vis d’une lumière de 380nm de longueur d’onde est supérieur ou égal à 2,0, est placé dans des conditions de 80°C et de 95% d’humidité relative, la durée du début du test jusqu’à apparition de fissure à la surface du revêtement est supérieure ou égale à 20 heures. Aucune éraflure n’est perçue par observation visuelle lors d’un test de résistance aux rayures tel qu’un stylo-bille de 1,0mm de diamètre et appliquant une charge de 9,8N est pressé à la surface dudit revêtement, et griffe 2cm à une vitesse de 10cm/minute. Enfin, la dureté au crayon dudit revêtement conformément à JIS K 5600-5-4(1999), est supérieure ou égale à 4H.
(JA) 発明が解決しようとする課題は、優れた紫外線吸収性と耐久性をともに有する被膜つき透明基体の提供である。 本発明は、透明基体と、前記透明基体の表面に設けられた被膜とを有する被膜つき透明基体であって、被膜の波長380nmの光に対する吸光度が2.0以上であり、被膜つき透明基体を、80℃、95RH%の条件下に放置する耐湿試験を行ったときの、試験開始から被膜の表面にクラックが発生するまでの時間が200時間以上であり、前記被膜の表面に対して9.8N荷重をかけて1.0mm径のボールペンを押し当てて2cmを速度10cm/minで引っ掻く耐スクラッチ試験において目視により傷が認識されない、又は前記被膜のJIS K 5600-5-4(1999年)で規定される鉛筆硬度が4H以上である被膜つき透明基体である。
