Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to a feature of a fluidized layer, and in particular, provides a method and device for efficiently separating solids from a bubble fluidized layer. Specifically, the solids separation method according to the present invention separates relatively coarse solids present in a fluidized layer from a fluid medium and continuously carries the solids out to the exterior of a fluidized layer device, wherein the solid separation method is characterized in that a part of a belt-shaped conveyance means is installed in or adjacent to the fluidized layer and is continuously circulated to continuously carry the solids out to the exterior of the fluidized layer device, the belt-shaped transportation means having: a capturing belt having gaps that are smaller than the diameter of the solids and larger than the diameter of the substance constituting the fluid medium of the fluidized layer, the size of the gaps enabling the fluid medium to pass and the solids to be selectively captured; or a collector having similarly sized gaps.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément d'une couche fluidisée et, en particulier, concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour séparer efficacement des solides à partir d'une couche fluidisée à bulles. Plus particulièrement, le procédé de séparation de solides selon la présente invention sépare des solides relativement grossiers présents dans une couche fluidisée à partir d'un milieu fluide et transporte en continu les solides vers l'extérieur d'un dispositif à couche fluidisée, le procédé de séparation de solides étant caractérisé en ce qu'une partie d'un moyen de transport en forme de courroie est installée dans la couche fluidisée ou de manière adjacente à cette dernière et est mise en circulation continue pour transporter en continu les solides vers l'extérieur du dispositif à couche fluidisée, le moyen de transport en forme de courroie présentant : une courroie de capture présentant des intervalles qui sont plus petits que le diamètre des solides et plus grands que le diamètre de la substance constituant le milieu fluide de la couche fluidisée, la taille des intervalles permettant au milieu fluide de passer et aux solides d'être sélectivement capturés ; ou un collecteur présentant des intervalles de taille similaire.
(JA) 本発明は、流動層技術に関するものであり、特に、気泡流動層から固形物を効果的に分離する方法ならびに装置を提供するものである。具体的には、本発明に係る固形物分離方法は、流動層内に存在する比較的粗大な固形物を流動媒体から分離し流動層装置外に連続的に搬出する方法であって、前記固形物の径より小さく前記流動層の流動媒体をなす物質の径より大きい間隙であって、前記流動媒体が通過しかつ前記固形物が選択的に捕捉されるサイズの間隙を持つ捕捉帯または同様の間隙を持つコレクターを有する帯状搬送手段の一部を前記流動層内あるいはそれに隣接して設置し、連続的に循環させることによって、前記固形物を流動層装置外に連続的に搬出するようにしたことを特徴とする。
