Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a nanowire device whereby the temperature of a nanowire can be adjusted. The problem addressed by the present invention is solved by a nanowire device including: an insulating substrate; an electrical conductor layer, at least a portion of which is layered on the insulating substrate; a nanowire formed on the electrical conductor layer; and a pair of electrodes formed so as to be in contact with the electrical conductor layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif à nanofil grâce auquel la température d'un nanofil peut être ajustée. La présente invention concerne un dispositif à nanofil comprenant : un substrat isolant ; une couche électroconductrice, dont au moins une partie est stratifiée sur le substrat isolant ; un nanofil formé sur la couche électroconductrice ; et une paire d'électrodes formées de manière à être en contact avec la couche électroconductrice.
