Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a conductive paste which is used for the purpose of forming an electrode for electrical connection to a p-type semiconductor layer of a crystalline silicon solar cell, and which is able to fire through an anti-reflection film during firing and is capable of forming an electrode having a low contact resistance on a p-type semiconductor layer. A conductive paste for the formation of an electrode of a solar cell, which contains (A) a conductive powder, (B) an Al powder or Al compound powder having an average particle diameter of 0.5-3.5 μm, (C) a glass frit and (D) an organic medium, and which contains 0.5-5 parts by weight of (B) the Al powder or Al compound powder per 100 parts by weight of (A) the conductive powder.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pâte conductrice qui est utilisée dans le but de former une électrode pour une connexion électrique à une couche semi-conductrice de type p d'une cellule solaire au silicium cristallin, et qui est apte à cuire à travers un film antireflet pendant la cuisson et est apte à former une électrode présentant une faible résistance de contact sur une couche semi-conductrice de type p. Une pâte conductrice pour la formation d'une électrode d'une cellule solaire contient (A) une poudre conductrice, (B) une poudre d'Al ou une poudre de composé d'Al présentant un diamètre de particule moyen de 0,5 à 3,5 µm, (C) une fritte de verre et (D) un milieu organique, et contient de 0,5 à 5 parties en poids de la poudre d'Al ou de la poudre de composé d'Al (B) pour 100 parties en poids de la poudre conductrice (A).
