Abstract:
An ultrasonic welding jig (30) provided with an anvil (31) for receiving a flat-plate-shaped electrical wire connection part (21) of a terminal (20), and a welding horn (40) which is disposed facing the anvil (31) and in which a fitting groove (43) into which a portion of a transverse section of a core wire (12) in an electrical wire (11) is fitted is provided to a facing surface (42) of the welding horn (40), the ultrasonic welding jig (30) performing ultrasonic welding by ultrasonically vibrating the welding horn (40) along the axial direction of the core wire (12) in a state in which the core wire (12) and the electrical wire connection part (21) are pinched between the welding horn (40) and the anvil (31), wherein a plurality of anti-slip grooves (45) obliquely oriented and intersecting with the axis of the fitting groove (43) are formed in a bottom surface of the fitting groove (43) of the welding horn (40) at intervals in the axial direction of the fitting groove (43).
