Abstract:
(EN) A leveler/feeder (2) is provided with an upper feed roll (23) and a lower feed roll (24), a servo motor (25), and a feeder control unit (29). The upper feed roll (23) and the lower feed roll (24) are disposed so as to sandwich hoop material (6) and feed the hoop material (6) in a transport direction. The servo motor (25) drives at least one of the upper feed roll (23) and the lower feed roll (24). The feeder control unit (29) has a process drive instruction unit (61) and a working drive instruction unit (62). The process drive instruction unit (61) drives the servo motor (25) so as to feed the hoop material (6) to a press device (3) side in between a press working time and the next press working time. The working drive instruction unit (62) drives the servo motor (25) so as to feed the hoop material (6) to the press device (3) side during press working.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de mise à niveau/de distribution (2) pourvu d'un rouleau de distribution supérieur (23) et d'un rouleau de distribution inférieur (24), d'un servomoteur (25) et d'une unité de commande de dispositif de distribution (29). Le rouleau de distribution supérieur (23) et le rouleau de distribution inférieur (24) sont disposés de manière à prendre en sandwich un matériau en feuillard (6) et à distribuer le matériau en feuillard (6) dans une direction de transport. Le servomoteur (25) entraîne le rouleau de distribution supérieur (23) et/ou le rouleau de distribution inférieur (24).
