Abstract:
(EN) A packaging apparatus (100) that can achieve power-savings is provided with: conveyor belts (4) for conveying a film (TF) while sucking same by means of multiple suction ports (41); a negative pressure chamber (5) disposed on the back surface of the conveyor belts (4) for applying negative pressure on the suction ports (41); a vacuum pump (54) for depressurizing the interior of the negative pressure chamber (5); a detection unit (8) for detecting the conveyance speed of the film (TF); and a control unit (9) for determining deviation of the detected conveyance speed from the speed set for the conveyor belts (4), and stopping the vacuum pump (54) if the deviation is within a permissible range and driving the vacuum pump (54) if the deviation falls outside of the permissible range.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil d'emballage (100) qui peut réaliser des économies d'énergie et qui comporte : des courroies transporteuses (4) pour transporter un film (TF) par aspiration au moyen de multiples orifices d'aspiration (41) ; une chambre de pression négative (5) disposée au niveau de la surface arrière des courroies transporteuses (4) pour appliquer une pression négative au niveau des orifices d'aspiration (41) ; une pompe à vide (54) pour dégazer l'intérieur de la chambre de pression négative (5) ; une unité de détection (8) servant à détecter la vitesse de transport du film (TF) ; et une unité de commande (9) servant à déterminer un écart de la vitesse de transport détectée par rapport à la vitesse établie pour les courroies transporteuses (4), et à arrêter la pompe à vide (54) si l'écart se trouve au sein d'une plage admissible et à actionner la pompe à vide (54) si l'écart se trouve en dehors de la plage admissible.
(JA) 省電力を目的とする包装装置(100)は、複数の吸引口(41)によってフィルム(TF)を吸引しながら搬送する搬送ベルト(4)と、搬送ベルト(4)の背面側に配置されて吸引口(41)に負圧を作用させる負圧チャンバ(5)と、負圧チャンバ(5)内を減圧する真空ポンプ(54)と、フィルム(TF)の搬送速度を検出する検出部(8)と、検出された搬送速度と搬送ベルト(4)の設定速度との偏差を求め、偏差が許容範囲内にあれば真空ポンプ(54)を停止させ、偏差が許容範囲から逸脱すれば真空ポンプ(54)を駆動させる制御部(9)と、を備える。
