Title: PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE
Abstract:
The present invention realizes a photoelectric conversion device of which it is possible to reduce the size in the lateral direction. Provided is a photoelectric conversion device (1) of wide rectangular shape, wherein: the photoelectric conversion device (1) is provided with a pixel block (10) in which a plurality of pixels are arranged, a plurality of signal processing blocks (20) for processing a signal outputted from the pixel block, a power source voltage supply block (30) for supplying a power source voltage to the pixel block and the plurality of signal processing blocks, and an electrode pad (40) connected to the power source voltage supply block; and each of the plurality of pixels (11) is provided with a charge-voltage conversion unit (FD) that includes a photoelectric conversion element for performing photoelectric conversion in accordance with incident light and an amplifier for converting a photoelectric-converted charge to a voltage. In the pixel block, each prescribed number of pixels is set as one column (PU) that is one batch of signal processing units, a plurality of the columns are disposed in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the photoelectric conversion device, a plurality of vertical power feeding lines (VL) are provided that enable a power source voltage outputted from the power source voltage supply block to be fed to each of the plurality of columns of the pixel block from the lateral direction, and a plurality of horizontal power feeding lines (HL) are provided that enable the power source voltage outputted from the power source voltage supply block to be fed to the pixel block and the plurality of signal processing blocks from the longitudinal direction, the vertical power feeding lines and the horizontal power feeding lines being connected.
