In an ophthalmologic apparatus according to an embodiment of the invention, a data collection unit scans an anterior segment of an eye using OCT and collects data. A distribution information generation unit analyzes the data to generate distribution information for a predetermined parameter of the anterior segment of the eye. A frontal image acquisition unit acquires a frontal image of the anterior segment of the eye from when the data was collected. A storage unit stores first distribution information based on first data collected during a first period, a first frontal image from when the first data was collected, a second distribution information based on second data collected during a second period, and a second frontal image from when the second data was collected. A displacement calculation unit calculates the displacement between the first frontal image and the second frontal image. An alignment unit aligns the first distribution information and the second distribution information according to the displacement.
