A sterile water manufacturing device for manufacturing sterile water containing a chemical solution is characterized in that: the device is provided with a liquid supply means for supplying a liquid, a gas supply means for supplying a gas, a gas-liquid mixing unit for mixing the liquid and the gas, and a chemical solution supply unit for supplying the chemical solution; the chemical solution supply unit has a deformable container wherein the chemical solution is contained, a pressure resistant container for exchangeably accommodating this deformable container, and a holder member provided between the deformable container and the pressure resistant container and aligning the relative position of the deformable container with respect to the pressure resistant container; the gas supply means is connected such that the gas is fed to the gas mixing unit and the pressure resistant container and is constituted such that the gas is mixed into the liquid in the gas-liquid mixing unit and the chemical solution within the deformable container can be fed by increasing the pressure in the pressure resistant container; and the liquid is water, the gas is carbon dioxide, and the chemical solution is a solution that includes a chlorine disinfectant.
