Abstract:
A thermal conductivity detector of the present invention is provided with: a detection flow channel, in which a gas to be measured flows as a fluid; a heat conducting section, which has filaments that are provided at positions in direct contact with the fluid flowing in the detection flow channel, said filaments being in the detection flow channel, and which conducts heat via the fluid flowing in the detection flow channel; and a detection circuit that detects electric signals corresponding to a change of the voltage or current of the filaments. The heat conducting section has the filament sections that are substantially parallel to the flowing direction of the fluid flowing in the detection flow channel.
