Abstract:
(EN) A device (2) for detecting the color of leather hides and/or the like, which is installable on machines (10) and/or in plants (12) for processing and/or managing leather hides and the like, characterized in that it comprises: - a surface (7) for supporting at least one leather hide (6) of which the color is to be detected, - a light source (18) prepared to emit a light radiation of known spectral composition onto the leather hide (6) supported on said surface (7), - an optical sensor (4) prepared to capture the light radiation which is emitted from said light source (18) and is reflected from said leather hide (6), - means (16) positioned at said optical sensor (4), for keeping the distance constant between said optical sensor (4) and said leather hide (6) supported on said surface (7), - optical filtration means (20) associated with said optical sensor (4) to extract the values of the chromatic components of said light radiation captured by said optical sensor (4), - a processing unit (28) which receives the values of said chromatic components and is configured to compare them with preset reference values and/or to calculate and identify the corresponding color.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (2) permettant de détecter la couleur de peaux à cuir et/ou similaires, qui peut être installé sur des machines (10) et/ou dans des usines (12) en vue de traiter et/ou de prendre en charge des peaux à cuir et similaires, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : - une surface (7) permettant de supporter au moins une peau à cuir (6) dont la couleur doit être détectée, - une source de lumière (18) préparée pour émettre un rayonnement lumineux de composition spectrale connue sur la peau à cuir (6) supportée sur ladite surface (7), - un capteur optique (4) préparé pour capturer le rayonnement lumineux qui est émis à partir de ladite source de lumière (18) et est réfléchi par ladite peau à cuir (6), - des moyens (16) positionnés au niveau dudit capteur optique (4), permettant de maintenir constante la distance entre ledit capteur optique (4) et ladite peau à cuir (6) supportée sur ladite surface (7), - des moyens de filtration optique (20) associés audit capteur optique (4) pour extraire les valeurs des composantes chromatiques dudit rayonnement lumineux capturé par ledit capteur optique (4), - une unité de traitement (28) qui reçoit les valeurs desdites composantes chromatiques et qui est conçue pour les comparer à des valeurs de référence prédéfinies et/ou pour calculer et identifier la couleur correspondante.
