Abstract:
(EN) There is provided a dynamo-electric machine that can provide excellent insulating properties by downsizing coil ends (140). A dynamo-electric machine includes a stator (20) and a rotator (11). The stator (20) has a stator iron core formed with a plurality of slots (420) arranged in a circumferential direction, and a stator coil inserted into the slots (420) of the stator iron core. The rotator is rotatably disposed on the stator iron core with a predetermined gap. The stator coil is provided with an insulating film. The stator coil includes a main coil and a lead wire with an alternating current terminal. The main coil has a plurality of segment coils (28) connected to one another. The segment coil is a conductor in a rectangular cross section formed in advance in a nearly U-shape. The lead wire is led from the slot. The tip end of the segment coil is formed in a trapezoid cross section.
(FR) L'invention concerne une machine dynamo-électrique qui peut fournir d'excellentes propriétés isolantes en réduisant la taille des extrémités de bobine (140). Une machine dynamo-électrique comprend un stator (20) et un rotor (11). Le stator (20) a un noyau de fer de stator constitué d'une pluralité de fentes (420) disposées dans une direction circonférentielle, et une bobine de stator insérée dans les fentes (420) du noyau de fer de stator. Le rotateur est disposé rotatif sur le noyau de fer de stator avec un espace prédéterminé. La bobine de stator est pourvue d'un film isolant. La bobine de stator comprend une bobine principale et un fil de sortie avec une borne de courant alternatif. La bobine principale comporte une pluralité de bobines de segment (28) reliées les unes aux autres. La bobine de segment est un conducteur dans une coupe transversale rectangulaire formée au préalable en une forme quasiment en U. Le fil de sortie est conduit à partir de la fente. L'extrémité de pointe de la bobine de segment est formée selon une section transversale trapézoïdale.
