Abstract:
(EN) The invention refers to a composite material developed for manufacturing thermoformed products with applications in furniture making, automotive industry, etc., a method and machinery for the manufacturing of the material in unwoven form. The composite material for thermoforming is made of a thermoplastic fibrous component consisting of 4-60 mm long and 7-16 DEN fine polypropylene fibers representing 40% to 50% of the total material weight and a plant fiber component which can be hemp, jute, sisal, coconut, etc., or a mix of natural fibers which is 70-80 DEN fine and 5 to 100 mm in length and represents 60% to 50% of the total material weight. The process for manufacturing the claimed composite material consists in taking and proportioning the components, followed by their mixing and coarse defibering and then a fine mixing in a four-chamber module which also opens the natural fibers to 70...80 DEN fine, followed by the consolidation of the fibers and, finally, the rolling of the resulting fabric in a roll. The machinery for the manufacturing of the claimed composite material has a modular structure, comprising two modules (1 and 2) for feeding the components, two modules (3 and 4) for weighing and proportioning the components, a primary mixing and coarse defibering module (5), a module (7) for the fine mixing and fibre opening, an interlacing module (8) and a module (9) for pulling and rolling the final fabric.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une matière composite conçue pour fabriquer des produits thermoformés avec des applications dans la fabrication de meubles, l'industrie automobile, etc., un procédé et une machine pour la fabrication de la matière sous une forme non tissée. La matière composite permettant de thermoformer est constitué d'un composant fibreux thermoplastique composé de fibres de polypropylène de 4 à 60 mm de long et 7 à 16 deniers de finesse représentant 40 % à 50 % du poids de matière total et un composant de fibre végétale qui peut être du chanvre, de la jute, du sisal, de la noix de coco, etc., ou un mélange de fibres naturelles qui présente une finesse de 70 à 80 deniers et une longueur de 5 à 100 mm et représente 60 % à 50 % du poids de matière total. Le procédé de fabrication de la matière composite revendiquée consiste à prélever et à doser les composants, puis à les mélanger et les défibrer de manière grossière et à les mélanger finement dans un module à quatre chambres qui ouvre également les fibres naturelles à une finesse de 70 à 80 deniers, à consolider les fibres et, enfin, à enrouler le tissu obtenu dans un rouleau. La machine pour la fabrication du matériau composite revendiqué présente une structure modulaire, comprenant deux modules (1 et 2) pour alimenter les composants, deux modules (3 et 4) pour peser et doser les composants, un module de mélange principal et de défibrage grossier (5), un module (7) pour le mélange fin et l'ouverture des fibres, un module d'entrelacement (8) et un module (9) pour tirer et enrouler le tissu final.
