(FR) PROCÉDÉ DE PRODUCTION D’UN SOL ALTERNATIF ET OPTIMISATION AINSI DU BIOGAZ
Abstract:
(EN) A process is provided to produce alternative'substrate or soil by converting waste materials and for biogas production. The biogas yield is optimised. Communal and agricultural waste is pretreated by ultrasound digestion or wetting, or particle size optimisation, or microbiological treatment, etc. The proposed solution is characterised by six interventions in the known biogas production technology to increase efficiency and optimise the biogas process as follows: • - The first intervention is the selection and grouping of the raw materials to ensure the formation of identical volumes of biogas and wettability. • - The second intervention is the treatment of waste feedstock with microbiological and/or physical methods. • - The third intervention is the preparation of waste feedstock. • - The fourth intervention is the optimisation of biogas production by utilising waste heat. • - The fifth intervention is gas cleaning, the reduction of gas dioxin and hydrogen sulfide contamination and, at the same time, the microbiological production of product(s), moreover, the burning of inadequate gas on the flare. • - The sixth intervention is the microbiological production of new product(s).
(FR) La présente invention décrit un procédé de production d’un substrat ou d’un sol alternatif en convertissant des déchets et destiné à la production de biogaz. Le rendement du biogaz est optimisé. Les déchets communaux et d’origine agricole sont prétraités par digestion aux ultrasons ou humidification, ou optimisation de la taille des particules, ou traitement microbiologique, etc. La solution proposée est caractérisée par six interventions dans la technologie connue de production de biogaz pour accroître l’efficacité et optimiser le procédé de biogaz comme suit : • - La première intervention est la sélection et le regroupement des matières premières pour garantir la formation de volumes identiques de biogaz et l'aptitude à l'humidification. • - La seconde intervention est le traitement de déchets de départ avec des procédés microbiologiques et/ou physiques. • - La troisième intervention est la préparation de déchets de départ. • - La quatrième intervention est l’optimisation de la production de biogaz en utilisant la chaleur perdue. • - La cinquième intervention est le nettoyage du gaz, la réduction de la dioxine du gaz et de la contamination au sulfure d’hydrogène et, en même temps, la production microbiologique de(s) produit(s), en outre, la combustion du gaz inadéquat sur la torche. • - La sixième intervention est la production microbiologique de nouveau(x) produit(s).
