Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus for development and/or testing of a payload for a satellite, comprising: a payload interface operable to connect to the payload; and a communication link, operable to couple the apparatus with a computer; wherein the apparatus is operable to emulate one or more subsystems of the satellite, such that the behaviour of the payload when connected to the apparatus via the payload interface and communication link is the same as when in the satellite.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil pour le développement et/ou le test d'une charge utile pour un satellite, comprenant : une interface de charge utile conçue pour se raccorder à la charge utile ; et une liaison de communication conçue pour accoupler l'appareil à un ordinateur ; l'appareil étant conçu pour imiter un ou plusieurs sous-systèmes du satellite, de telle sorte que le comportement de la charge utile lorsqu'elle est raccordée à l'appareil par l'intermédiaire de l'interface de charge utile et de la liaison de communication est identique au comportement de la charge utile lorsqu'elle est dans le satellite.
