Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates mainly to an assembly comprising: – a combustion engine ring gear having a plurality of teeth, the said ring gear being defined by a modulus and a pressure angle, – a starter comprising a pinion (31) able to engage with the said ring gear of the said combustion engine, the said pinion (31) having a plurality of teeth (42) is defined by a modulus (Mp) and a pressure angle (alpha_p), characterized in that a pinion product which is the product of the modulus (Mp) of the said pinion (31) and the cosine of the pressure angle (alpha_p) of the said pinion (31) is greater than a ring-gear product equal to the product of the modulus of the said ring gear and the cosine of the pressure angle of the said ring gear.
(FR) L'invention porte principalement sur un ensemble comportant: - une couronne dentée de moteur thermique ayant une pluralité de dents, ladite couronne dentée étant définie par un module et un angle de pression, - un démarreur comprenant un pignon (31) apte à engrener avec ladite couronne dentée dudit moteur thermique, ledit pignon (31) ayant une pluralité de dents (42) est défini par un module(Mp) et un angle de pression (alpha_p), caractérisé en ce qu'un produit pignon qui est le produit entre le module (Mp) dudit pignon (31)et le cosinus de l'angle de pression (alpha_p) dudit pignon (31) est supérieur à un produit couronne égal au produit entre le module de ladite couronne dentée et le cosinus de l'angle de pression de ladite couronne dentée.
