Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for synthesising C1 -C10 alkyl (meth)acrylates, by direct esterification of (meth)acrylic acid with the corresponding alcohol, wherein the reaction is carried out in a fixed-bed membrane reactor under conditions where the water generated by the reaction is eliminated from the reaction medium as said water forms. The method according to the invention can operate under conditions for which the reagents are not in excess, thus minimising the size and the energy of the equipment for separating/recycling the streams generated during the purification of the reaction medium.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de synthèse de (méth)acrylates d'alkyle en C1 -C10, par estérification directe de l'acide (méth)acrylique par l'alcool correspondant, la réaction étant réalisée dans un réacteur membranaire à lit fixe dans des conditions où l'eau générée par la 10 réaction est éliminée du mélange réactionnel au fur et à mesure de sa formation. Le procédé selon l'invention peut fonctionner dans des conditions pour lesquelles les réactifs ne sont pas en excès, minimisant ainsi la taille et l'énergie des équipements de séparation/recyclage des flux générés lors de la purification du milieu réactionnel.
