Abstract:
(EN) In a method for determining a deviation of a spatial orientation of a beam axis (S) of a beam machining machine from a spatial nominal orientation (SO) of the beam axis (S), contour sections (KAI, KB2) are cut into a test workpiece (31) from two sides with a machining beam (5), the contour sections (KAI, KB2) extending parallel to a nominal orientation of an axis of rotation (B, C) to be calibrated. The contour sections (KA1, KA2) are detected, especially scanned, with a measuring means from one side in order to determine the spatial position of the contour sections (KA1, KB1), and the deviation of the spatial orientation of the beam axis (S) of the beam machining machine from the spatial nominal orientation (S0) is determined on the basis of the spatial positions of the contour sections (KA1, KB1).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer une déviation d'une orientation spatiale d'un axe de faisceau (S) d'une machine de traitement par faisceau à partir d'une orientation spatiale cible (SO) de l'axe de faisceau (S), selon lequel des sections de contour (KAI, KB2) sont coupées de deux côtés au moyen d'un faisceau d'usinage (5) dans une pièce usinée de test (31), les sections de contour (KA1, KB2) étant orientées parallèlement à une orientation spatiale cible d'un axe de rotation (B, C) à calibrer. Les sections de contour (KA1, KA2) sont détectées, en particulier touchées, au moyen d'un moyen de mesure, d'un côté afin de déterminer la position spatiale des sections de contour (KA1, KB1), et la déviation de l'orientation spatiale de l'axe du faisceau (S) de la machine de traitement par rapport à l'orientation spatiale cible (SO) est déterminée à partir des positions spatiales des sections de contour (KA1, KB1).
(DE) In einem Verfahren zur Bestimmung einer Abweichung einer räumlichen Ausrichtung einer Strahlachse (S) einer Strahlbearbeitungsmaschine von einer räumlichen Soll- Ausrichtung (SO) der Strahlachse (S) werden Konturabschnitte (KAI, KB2) mit einem Bearbeitungsstrahl (5) in ein Testwerkstück (31) von zwei Seiten geschnitten, wobei die Konturabschnitte (KA1, KB2) zu einer Soll- Ausrichtung einer zu kalibrierenden Rotationsachse (B, C) parallel verlaufen. Die Konturabschnitte (KA1, KA2) werden mit einem Messmittel von einer Seite zur Ermittlung der räumlichen Lage der Konturabschnitte (KA1, KB1) detektiert, insbesondere angetastet, und die Abweichung der räumlichen Ausrichtung der Strahlachse (S) der Strahlbearbeitungsmaschine von der räumlichen Soll- Ausrichtung (S0) wird basierend auf den räumlichen Lagen der Konturabschnitte (KA1, KB1) bestimmt.
