Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for operating a system having a furnace (1) which comprises at least two vertical shafts (2) that are connected by means of an overflow duct (3), wherein, above the overflow duct (3), in each case at least one burner (7) is arranged such that the combustion gases thereof flow downwards in firing operation of the particular shaft (2), and wherein, beneath the overflow duct (3), in each case one cooling gas feed (6) is provided, such that, in combination with the operation of a burner (7) in the shaft in firing operation (2), the downwardly flowing combustion gas (3) is deflected in the direction of the overflow duct (3) by the cooling gas rising in the shaft (2) in firing operation, characterized in that a feed of cooling gas is set such that the temperature of the firing material through which combustion gas flows at least in the shaft (2) in firing operation is kept above the deacidification temperature of said firing material.
(FR) L'invention concerne une installation dotée d'un four (1) qui comprend au moins deux cuves (2) verticales reliées au moyen d'un canal de transfert (3), au moins un brûleur (7) étant disposé dans chaque cas au-dessus du canal de transfert (3), de telle sorte, qu'en mode combustion de chaque cuve (2), les gaz combustibles du brûleur s'écoulent vers le bas, et une alimentation en gaz de refroidissement (6) se situant dans chaque cas au-dessous du canal de transfert (3), de manière qu'en combinaison avec le fonctionnement d'un brûleur (7) dans une cuve en mode combustion (2), le gaz combustible qui s'écoule vers le bas est dévié en direction du canal de transfert (3) par le gaz de refroidissement qui s'élève dans la cuve en mode combustion (2). Ledit procédé se caractérise en ce qu'une alimentation en gaz de refroidissement est ajustée de manière que la température dudit au moins un produit à cuire parcouru par le gaz combustible dans la cuve en mode combustion (2) est maintenue au-dessus de la température de décarbonatation du produit à cuire.
(DE) Ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Anlage mit einem Ofen (1), der mindestens zwei vertikale Schächte (2) umfasst, die mittels eines Überströmkanals (3) verbunden sind, wobei oberhalb des Überströmkanals (3) jeweils mindestens ein Brenner (7) derart angeordnet ist, dass dessen Brenngase im Brennbetrieb des jeweiligen Schachts (2) nach unten strömen, und wobei unterhalb des Überströmkanals (3) jeweils eine Kühlgaszufuhr (6) vorgesehen ist, so dass in Kombination mit dem Betrieb eines Brenners (7) in dem brennbetriebenen Schacht (2) das nach unten strömende Brenngas durch das in dem brennbetriebenen Schacht (2) aufsteigende Kühlgas in Richtung des Überströmkanals (3) umgelenkt wird, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zufuhr von Kühlgas derart eingestellt wird, dass die Temperatur des zumindest in dem brennbetriebenen Schacht (2) von dem Brenngas durchströmten Brennguts oberhalb von dessen Entsäuerungstemperatur gehalten wird.
