Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a solid, in particular strip-shaped insulation material, the use thereof in a vacuum impregnation method, an insulation system made with said insulation material, and an electric machine comprising the insulation system, in particular for the medium and high voltage range, i.e. for medium and high voltage machines, in particular rotating electric machines in the medium and high voltage range, and semi-finished products for electric switching systems. The solid insulation material and the insulation system made therewith are characterized in that they can be produced without using anhydrides, the curing catalyst being an addition product of a 1H-imidazole and/or 1H-imidazole derivative and a compound containing oxirane groups.
(FR) L’invention concerne un matériau isolant solide, en particulier sous forme de ruban, son utilisation dans un procédé d'imprégnation sous vide et un système d'isolation réalisé au moyen dudit matériau ainsi qu’une machine électrique dotée du système d'isolation, en particulier pour le domaine des moyenne et haute tensions, à savoir pour des machines à moyenne et haute tensions, en particulier des machines électriques tournantes dans le domaine des moyenne et haute tensions, ainsi que des produits semi-finis pour appareillages électriques. Le matériau isolant solide et le système d'isolation ainsi obtenus se caractérisent en ce qu’il peuvent être réalisés sans anhydride, le catalyseur de durcissement étant un adduit provenant de la réaction d’addition d’un 1H-imidazole et/ou d’un dérivé de 1H-imidazole avec un composé contenant des groupes oxirane.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen festen, insbesondere bandförmigen Isolationswerkstoff, dessen Verwendung in einem Vakuumimprägnierverfahren und ein damit hergestelltes Isolationssystem sowie eine elektrische Maschine mit dem Isolationssystem, insbesondere für den Mittel- und Hochspannungsbereich, nämlich für Mittel- und Hochspannungsmaschinen, insbesondere rotierende elektrische Maschinen im Mittel- und Hochspannungsbereich sowie Halbzeuge für elektrische Schaltanlagen. Der feste Isolationswerkstoff und das damit hergestellte Isolationssystem zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass es anhydridfrei herstellbar ist, wobei der Härtungskatalysator ein Addukt aus einem 1H-Imidazols und/oder 1H-ImidazolDerivats mit einer Oxirangruppenhaltigen Verbindung ist.
