Title: FUEL GAS BURNER CAPABLE OF GENERATING IONIZED GAS FLAME
Abstract:
A fuel gas burner capable of generating an ionized gas flame, comprising a burner body (1), an air input channel (2), and a fuel gas input channel (3). The burner body (1) comprises a fresh air chamber (4), a gas mixing chamber (5), and a convergence chamber (6). The gas mixing chamber (5) is provided within the fresh air chamber (4), a space for use as an air channel is reserved between the gas mixing chamber (5) and the fresh air chamber (4), and the convergence chamber (6) is provided on the gas mixing chamber (5) and in communication with the gas mixing chamber (5), thus constituting the sealed burner body (1). Swirl compressors (7) respectively are provided at a fresh air inlet (41) of the fresh air chamber (4), at a mixed gas outlet (51) of the gas mixing chamber (5), and at an air outlet (61) of the convergence chamber (6). The fuel gas burner allows complete splitting of fuel gas molecules to form an ionized gas, allows increased uniformity between the proportions of the ionized fuel gas molecules to acquire complete combustion, thus reducing exhaust emission, and increasing the combustion rate of a fuel gas.
