Title: TRUNCATED PROTEIN IN INHIBITORY TRNA READ-THROUGH PREMATURE TERMINATION CODON DISEASES
Abstract:
Provided are a method for constructing an inhibitory tRNA, and 19 inhibitory tRNAs corresponding to 3 termination codons, comprising a plasmid, a carrier or a kit of the tRNA. Also provided are uses of the tRNA, the plasmid, the carrier or the kit in the preparation of drugs for treating hereditary diseases or cancers caused by nonsense mutation of genes. Also provided are a method for evaluating the efficiency of read-through nonsense mutation of the inhibitory tRNA, and an expression method for recovering genes causing monogenic diseases and recovering truncated protein of a tumor inhibitory gene nonsense mutation body in tumor cells.
