Title: HIGH-TEMPERATURE LIQUID SLAG GRANULATION AND EXHAUST HEAT RECOVERY DEVICE
Abstract:
A high-temperature liquid slag granulation and exhaust heat recovery device, comprising a slag pipe (1), a granulation bin (6) and a granulation apparatus (2); the granulation bin has the shape of an upside-down box, with an opening at the lower portion; the granulation bin (6) is provided at the top portion thereof, with an opening for allowing the slag pipe (1) to extend into it; the inner wall of the granulation bin (6) is a heat exchange surface (3) for absorbing heat dissipated during the high-temperature liquid slag granulation; and the granulation apparatus (2) is provided directly under the slag pipe (1). The high-temperature slag flows into the granulation bin (6) from the slag pipe (1), drops onto the granulation apparatus (2), is granulated under the high-speed rotation of the granulation apparatus (2) and meanwhile conducts, under the action of annular air flow surrounding the granulation apparatus (2), radiant heat exchange on the heat exchange surface (3) laid on the granulation bin (6), realizing the granulation of the liquid high-temperature slag and the recovery of a part of the energy.
