(ZH) 阵列基板及其制备方法以及偏光片贴附膜及其制备方法
Abstract:
(EN) An array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, a polarizer (3) attaching film, and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method for the array substrate comprises: removing a part of a release film (7) corresponding to a first attaching area (31) of a polarizer (3), and attaching the first attaching area (31) of the polarizer (3) to a base substrate (8) so that the first attaching area (31) is located within a non-bonding area; and, removing a part of the release film (7) corresponding to a second attaching area (32) of the polarizer (3), and attaching the second attaching area (32) of the polarizer (3) to the base substrate (8) so that the second attaching area (32) partly overlaps a bonding area (5). The technical solution, by attaching some areas of the polarizer (3) to the base substrate and leaving the bonding area (5) on the base substrate (8) uncovered, ensures that a bonding process is performed normally; when the bonding process is finished, the non-attached part of the polarizer (3) is attached to the base substrate (5) so that the second attaching area (32) at least partly overlaps the bonding area (5), thus effectively preventing the problem of light leakage on a display panel.
(FR) L’invention concerne un substrat matriciel, son procédé de fabrication, un film de fixation de polariseur (3), et son procédé de fabrication. Le procédé de fabrication du substrat matriciel consiste : à éliminer une partie d'un film de décollement (7) correspondant à une première zone de fixation (31) d'un polariseur (3), et à fixer la première zone de fixation (31) du polariseur (3) à un substrat de base (8) de telle sorte que la première zone de fixation (31) est située à l'intérieur d'une zone de non-liaison ; et à retirer une partie du film de décollement (7) correspondant à une seconde zone de fixation (32) du polariseur (3) et à fixer la seconde zone de fixation (32) du polariseur (3) au substrat de base (8) de telle sorte que la seconde zone de fixation (32) chevauche partiellement une zone de liaison (5). La solution technique, en fixant certaines zones du polariseur (3) au substrat de base et en laissant la zone de liaison (5) sur le substrat de base (8) découverte, garantit qu'un processus de liaison est effectué normalement ; lorsque le processus de liaison est terminé, la partie non-fixée du polariseur (3) est fixée au substrat de base (5) de telle sorte que la seconde zone de fixation (32) chevauche au moins partiellement la zone de liaison (5), ce qui évite efficacement le problème d'une fuite de lumière sur un panneau d'affichage.
(ZH) 一种阵列基板及其制备方法、偏光片(3)贴附膜及其制备方法,其中该阵列基板的制备方法包括:将离型膜(7)的对应于偏光片(3)的第一贴附区域(31)的部分去除,并将偏光片(3)的第一贴附区域(31)与衬底基板(8)进行贴合,使得第一贴附区域(31)位于非Bonding区域内;将离型膜(7)的对应于偏光片(3)的第二贴附区域(32)的部分去除,并将偏光片(3)的第二贴附区域(32)与衬底基板(8)进行贴合,使得第二贴附区域(32)与Bonding区域(5)至少部分重合。该技术方案通过先将偏光片(3)的部分区域与阵列基板进行贴附,且不覆盖衬底基板(8)上的Bonding区域(5),从而可保证Bonding工艺的正常进行;Bonding工艺结束后,再将偏光片(3)未进行贴附的部分与衬底基板(5)进行贴附,使得第二贴附区域(32)与Bonding区域(5)至少部分重合,从而可有效避免显示面板出现漏光问题。
