Abstract:
(EN) A composite material, a preparation method therefor, and application thereof as a composite biomedical implant material. The composite material comprises, in percentage by volume: stainless steel powder 85-95%; and calcium silicate powder 5-15%. A preparation method for the composite biomedical implant material comprises: mixing components, and then preparing composite powder by means of a stirring ball milling process; constructing a three-dimensional human body implant model followed by calculating a two-dimensional cross section by means of a sectioning process; then laying the powder, and scanning and melting the composite powder by using a laser beam to form a two-dimensional cross section of the implant; repeating the above steps to form the three-dimensional implant model; and obtaining the composite biomedical implant material by means of post-processing. The mechanical properties and biocompatibility of the said composite biomedical implant material can be effectively controlled, and requirements for an implant material used in the human body are met.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau composite, un procédé pour le fabriquer et une application dudit matériau en tant que matériau composite pour implant biomédical. Le matériau composite comprend, en pourcentage en volume : de 85 à 95 % de poudre d'acier inoxydable; et de 5 à 15 % de poudre de silicate de calcium. Un procédé de préparation du matériau composite pour implant biomédical comprend les étapes consistant à : mélanger les composants, puis préparer une poudre composite au moyen d'un processus de broyage à billes avec brassage; construire un modèle d'implant de corps humain tridimensionnel, puis calculer une section transversale bidimensionnelle au moyen d'un processus de sectionnement; puis déposer la poudre et faire fondre et balayer la poudre composite avec un faisceau laser pour former une section transversale bidimensionnelle de l'implant; répéter les étapes ci-dessus pour former le modèle d'implant tridimensionnel; et obtenir le matériau composite pour implant biomédical par post-traitement. Les propriétés mécaniques et la biocompatibilité dudit matériau composite pour implant biomédical peuvent être commandées de façon efficace, et des exigences pour un matériau d'implant utilisé dans le corps humain sont satisfaites.
(ZH) 一种复合材料,其制备方法及其作为生物医用复合植入材料的用途。按体积百分比计,复合材料包括:不锈钢粉末85-95%,硅酸钙粉末5-15%。生物医用复合植入材料的制备方法包括:将组分混合后采用搅拌球磨工艺制备复合粉末,构建人体植入体三维模型后采用切片工艺计算二维横截面,然后铺设粉末并采用激光束扫描、熔化复合粉末,形成植入体的一个二维横截面,重复上述步骤从而使植入体三维模型成型,经后处理得到生物医用复合植入材料。生物医用复合植入材料能够有效控制材料的力学性能和生物相容性,满足对植入体材料的需求。
