Abstract:
(EN) A backlight dimming circuit and a liquid crystal display. The backlight dimming circuit controls ON or OFF of a constant current transistor (Q1) in an external dimming module (200) by means of a pulse dimming signal (PWM) connected to the external dimming module, thereby controlling ON or OFF of an LED light bar (300); a constant current driver chip (100) only needs to be provided with one first pin (1); the LED light bar is turned on or off according to a comparison between the voltage value of the first pin and a preset protective voltage value of the constant current driver chip. Therefore, the number of pins of the constant current driver chip can be reduced, the size of the package for the constant current driver chip is reduced, and the debugging efficiency of the backlight dimming circuit is improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un circuit de gradation de rétroéclairage et un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides. Le circuit de gradation de rétroéclairage commande la marche ou l'arrêt d'un transistor à courant constant (Q1) dans un module de gradation externe (200) au moyen d'un signal de gradation d'impulsion (PWM) connecté au module de gradation externe, permettant ainsi de commander la marche ou l'arrêt d'une barre lumineuse à DEL (300) ; une puce de commande à courant constant (100) doit seulement être dotée d'une première broche (1) ; la barre lumineuse à DEL est allumée ou éteinte selon une comparaison entre la valeur de tension de la première broche et une valeur de tension de protection prédéfinie de la puce de commande à courant constant.
