Abstract:
A two-stage parallel cycloid ball reducer comprises a housing (11), an input shaft (1), a planetary disk I (7), an eccentric sleeve I (29), a steel ball group (8), a planetary disk II (12), an eccentric sleeve II (27), a steel ball group (13), an end cover (9), an output shaft (21), a preload nut (18), support bearings, and bearing end covers. The input shaft (1) is fixedly connected to the eccentric sleeve I (29) by means of interference fit, and is connected to the planetary disk I (7) by means of a rotary arm bearing I (6). The input shaft (1) is further fixedly connected to the eccentric sleeve II (27) by means of interference fit, and is connected to the planetary disk II (12) by means of a rotary arm bearing II (15). The eccentric sleeve I (29) and the eccentric sleeve II (27) have an equal eccentricity, and are arranged symmetrically at 180 degrees. The reducer uses a basic structure of an NN type two-stage parallel planetary transmission with a small tooth number difference, uses inner and outer cycloid enclosed slots on end faces of the end cover, planetary disks, and output shaft as a tooth profile, and uses steel balls as an intermediary to implement engagement transmission. A backlash is eliminated by contacting the steel balls with four corners of the cycloid enclosed slots. The reducer has advantages of a simple structure, a small volume, a large transmission ratio, zero backlash, high transmission precision, and low impact.
