Title: MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM USING OPTICAL FIBER REMOTE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
Abstract:
A motor control system using optical fiber remote control technology, comprising a center console, optical fiber (4) and a motor device (5), the center console comprising a housing (1), and a display interface (2) and control buttons (3) provided within the housing (1), the housing (1) being provided with a central control means therein, the central control means being PLC, comprising a remote control module and a wireless communication module, the motor device (5) comprising a motor driving module. The motor control system using optical fiber remote control technology can control the flickering of a light-emitting diode (D3) by means of triggering and turning on a first thyristor (D1) and a second thyristor (D2) in turn, can change and adjust, by means of changing the resistance of an adjustable resistor (RP1), the speed at which the light-emitting diode (D3) flickers, thereby adjusting the size of a signal, and moreover, can guarantee the motor driving capability by means of performing power amplification with triodes (Q2, Q3, Q4), improving the reliability of the system.
