Title: MULTI-STAGE REVERSE-OSMOSIS FILTRATION SYSTEM BASED ON WHEATSTONE BRIDGE MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLE
Abstract:
Provided is a multi-stage reverse-osmosis filtration system based on the Wheatstone-bridge measurement principle, comprising a drive mechanism, a filtration mechanism, a storage mechanism, a measurement mechanism, and a central control device; the drive mechanism, filtration mechanism, and storage mechanism are electrically connected to the central control device; the drive mechanism comprises a primary high-pressure pump (1), and a secondary high-pressure pump (4); the filtration mechanism comprises a primary reverse-osmosis unit (2) and a secondary reverse-osmosis unit (5); by means of five reverse-osmosis components in the primary reverse-osmosis unit (2), the multi-stage reverse-osmosis filtration system performs primary filtration of water, then, by means of three reverse-osmosis components in the secondary reverse-osmosis unit (5), performs secondary filtration of the water; the two-stage filtration ensures the reliability of the filtered water; in addition, a follower circuit mainly using a second operational amplifier is added to the flow-rate measurement circuit, improving the isolation of the measurement circuit and preventing interference to the system, thus improving the reliability of the system.
