Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a hard material layer on a substrate wherein a multicoating system is used to alternatively deposit CrTaN and AITiN to the substrate by means of physical gas phase deposition (PVD), wherein CrTaN and/or AITiN are preferably separated from a composite target.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer une couche de matériau dur sur un substrat, un système multicouche étant appliqué sur le substrat au moyen d'un dépôt physique en phase vapeur (PVD) par séparation alternée du CrTaN et de l'AITiN, le CrTaN et/ou l'AITiN étant séparés de préférence à partir d'une cible composite.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Hartstoffschicht auf einem Substrat, wobei auf dem Substrat mittels physikalischer Gasphasenabscheidung (PVD) ein Mehrlagenschichtensystem durch alternierende Abscheidung von CrTaN und AlTiN aufgebracht wird, wobei CrTaN und/oder AlTiN bevorzugt aus einem Composite-Target abgeschieden werden.
