Abstract:
(EN) Various implementations described herein are directed to a circuit having a charge pump and a capacitor. The charge pump may be coupled between power sources, and the capacitor may be coupled between one of the power sources and an input of the charge pump. The charge pump and capacitor may be arranged to operate in energy harvest and energy transfer modes. The charge pump may be part of a charge pump stage having charge storage elements arranged to provide voltages in alternating phases. The circuit may have a voltage multiplexing stage with multiplexers arranged to receive the voltages in the alternating phases, and each multiplexer may provide a selected voltage from the voltages based on a conversion ratio. The circuit may have a voltage summing stage with sampling charge storage elements arranged to receive the selected voltages and provide an output voltage as a sum of the selected voltages.
(FR) Divers modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent un circuit ayant une pompe de charge et un condensateur. La pompe de charge peut être couplée entre des sources d'alimentation et le condensateur peut être couplé entre l'une des sources d'alimentation et une entrée de la pompe de charge.
